Muralism

"Art is not what you see, but what you make others see."
Edgar degas
FAC was born in January 2015, as a result of the firm belief in the possibility of the artist Alicia Del Hoyo and her effort to bring together four experienced creatives, from different disciplines, capable of working as a team, with the same purpose and commitment.
FAC (Factoría Artística de Cornellá) was an association made up of artists from the Baix Llobregat, whose main aim was to capture art in the streets and make it accessible to everyone.
From FAC, muralism was defended as a tool for public and community expression and, in turn, as a way of giving light and embellishing gray and dull spaces in the city or anywhere in the world.
The designs of La Factoría were the result of collective work, the sum of the specific abilities of each of its members and with absolute respect for the particular artistic approach of each component of the association.
FAC had the necessary training to develop large-scale murals (occupational risks, platform courses and civil liability insurance), as well as a team of professionals from different disciplines, who, combining their specialized knowledge, always offered artistic quality and results.
Among the most outstanding works of FAC we find: The Bus Station, The Bellod Cellars of San Joan Despí, L'Auditori de Cornellà, the exit of the Cornellá Tram Tunnel and the old Pisa Cinema.
After 6 years of experience, FAC dissolves in 2021 and each of its members follows their particular artistic path.
